What happens when I exceed my order limit?
We will notify you when you reach 90% of your plan order limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan, or wait for the next billing cycle. Do not worry—we will not block your orders. We are flexible!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international cards via Razorpay. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees at all! Just your monthly or annual subscription. You can start using EziSeller immediately after signing up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. No questions asked. Your data stays safe for 30 days if you want to return.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund 100%. No hassle, no questions.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, secure servers, and regular backups. Your customer data and business information are completely safe with us.
Do I need WhatsApp Business API?
